CHENLIFT features a "1.5 and 5" Warranty, providing one and half year Standard Warranty on parts and five years Structural Warranty on structural components.
One year and half (18 months) from the BL date can be given to all the CHENLIFT machines CHENLIFT maintains a liberal warranty program to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction in the event of component failure. This program covers all of CHENLIFT’s machines. The intent is to set forth policy, procedures and limits of the program, and to expedite the proper handling of warranty claims. Your attention to the details of the program will assure resolution of warranty claims with a minimum expenditure of time and effort.
